Football workouts will start back up on June 17th. Workouts will run Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm-5:30pm in the weight room. June 17th is the first date that high school workouts are open to all incoming freshmen. All student athletes that are interested in trying out for football are strongly encouraged to attend team workouts.
The following forms must be turned in:
VHSL High School Physical Form – this should be turned in to the Activities Office. Physicals must be completed after May 1, 2019 in order to be valid for the 2019-20 school year. A blank form may be found online HERE.
Blue Emergency Permission Form – a blank form may be picked up from the Activities Office and the completed form should be turned in to Coach Walker.
Concussion Training – Concussion training is mandatory for all student athletes. Stonewall will be hosting our first concussion training for the 2019-20 school year on June 5th at 7:00pm in the auditorium. A full list of high school concussion training dates can be found HERE.
The first day of Varsity/JV practice will start August 5th. Practice will run on the following schedule…
Practice from 7:00am-9:30am
Rest Period / Lunch
Players need to pack their lunches as they will not be allowed to leave to go out to lunch during these hours.
Freshman practice will start August 5th 3:00pm-6:00pm
